We promise to significantly improve your carpet and upholstery's appearance, but we're cleaners, not magicians. If a stain proves stubborn, we'll always be transparent about what's possible.
That's why our refund policy is simple: we guarantee improvement, not miracles - because honesty about results is the foundation of our service.
Before leaving your home, we'll always verify your satisfaction and immediately address any concerns.
If you are unhappy: within 48 hours after our visit, simply call us and we'll arrange an appointment and return to re-clean any areas you're unhappy with at no additional cost.
